What You Will Do:
- Mechanical design using CAD tools as key designer for project or self-leading for small size project
- Responsible for project mechanical development cooperating with other region or external engineers
- Perform mechanical interface to customer or internal teams
- Realize and work out the mechanical related content for RFI and RFQ-Phases
- Implement project through whole product life cycle
- Cooperation with other internal department and external suppliers globally
- Drive quality delivery for assigned programs and resolve project issues
- Report project status to management level when necessary
- Development of new innovative ME-Systems according to the approved project or development task from management
- Follow current mechanical development process and also contribute to process improvement
- Contribute to design standard/guideline creation and improvement
What You Need to Be Successful:
- 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Development, Mechanical Project Lead
- University bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or comparable education with several years
- Strong project lead skills and experience, drive project independently as function lead
- Expertise in mechanical development of automotive electronic product, multimedia product experience is highly preferred
- Consolidated knowledge of plastic injection parts, sheetmetal, diecast and related tooling and 2nd process
- Good knowledge and skills of PRO-Engineer/Creo2.0
- Know-how and practice in customer and supplier relationship
- Good written and oral communication skills along with presentation skills
- Good English language skills
