Your mission

What will you do?

- Develop and document pricing for new and existing insurance products, translating product and customer needs into robust and reliable actuarial calculations.
- Build, run and independently adjust actuarial models using actuarial cashflow projection software.
- Define and regularly review actuarial assumptions, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses and ensure that pricing appropriately balances customer value, competitiveness, profitability and risk.
- Monitor product and portfolio performance, analyze deviations against pricing assumptions and recommend recalibrations or product improvements when needed.
- Prepare actuarial analyses and contribute to business cases for product launches, changes and redesigns, clearly explaining the financial impact and key risks.
- Analyze market developments, customer insights and relevant portfolio data and translate them into product and pricing recommendations.
- Work closely with Product Owners and colleagues from Product, Risk, Finance, Data and IT to support the implementation and validation of pricing solutions.
- Ensure models, assumptions, methodologies and pricing decisions are well documented and aligned with internal governance requirements.
- Use SQL, VBA and Python to support actuarial modelling, data preparation, controls and process efficiency.

What will you bring?

- Around 5 years of relevant actuarial experience, including hands-on experience in pricing, at specialist to senior level.
- Strong knowledge of product modelling and actuarial models, with the ability to build and modify models independently.
- Experience with SQL and VBA; beginner-level Python skills are sufficient.
- You use your curiosity and automation tools (including AI) to make change work and constantly improve the way we work.
- You quickly understand complex topics, connect information and turn ideas into practical solutions.
- You communicate with empathy, clarity and impact.

The monthly salary range for this role is between 15,435 and 26,460 Gross RON. This interval is indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed at the final stage of the recruitment process, taking into account different criteria, such as the level of experience and skills. The final salary will remain confidential, according to the legislation in force and we reserve the right to adjust the offer at any time during the recruitment process.
