St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their amazing, highly collegial and patient focused team at Trinity Mountain Medical, Family Medicine in Mountain Home, Idaho. The selected individual with be partnering with one of our physicians in a team-based care model sharing a patient panel. At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecological care (OB/GYN)

- Schedule - Wed, Thurs, Fri 8am-8pm which allows for great work life balance
- Open to new grads
- Malpractice insurance provided including Tail
