Requirements to Apply
- Must be 21 years or older
- Previous roofing repair experience required
- Valid driver's license required
What You'll Do
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, and wear and tear
- Repair and maintain roofs, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks
- Install new roofing materials following safety and quality standards
- Work with the service team to schedule and prioritize repair jobs
- Explain repair options to customers and provide excellent service
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturdays and weekends as needed
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days
- Paid time off (PTO) accrual after 30 days
- 401(k) eligibility after 6 months

- All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period
Requirements
- Prior roofing repair and maintenance experience
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift heavy objects, work at heights over 5 feet, and access tight spaces
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability
