Here’s What We’re Looking For

- Review shipping schedules, delivery dates, and order requirements to support timely completion and delivery.

- Coordinate material needs and deliver orders to Shipping departments as required.

- Order office/shop supplies and submit Maintenance and IT support tickets as needed.

- Assist with KPI tracking, 5S audits, Quality 5-Cs, and inventory cycle counts.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required system transactions.

- Support safety, quality, shop training, operational audits, and team activities.

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, management, and other Shipping departments.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; EPICS MRP and EPICOR ERP experience preferred.

- 2+ years of Shipping or Warehouse experience preferred.

- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.

- Must be available for 1st shift and required overtime.

- Regular and predictable attendance and compliance with all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the position.

- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 8-10 hours

- Lift, push, pull or move up to 50 lbs. individually or up to 75 lbs. with a partner

- Visual acuity to inspect material for various quality flaws and surface discrepancies

- Properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Able to work in direct temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (heat, humidity, cold, etc.)
