About the role
Comply is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute the events, conferences, and webinars that drive pipeline and brand awareness in our key markets. In this role, you’ll own the logistics and execution behind high-visibility programs, from 20+ industry conferences a year to quarterly demand gen webinars to executive dinners in major financial hubs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product, and Brand, and have direct impact on how Comply shows up in market.
This role requires a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office in either our Arlington, VA office or New York, NY office. Additionally, this role involves approximately 30–40% travel, primarily to support conferences, trade shows, executive events, and client programs across major U.S. financial hubs. Travel is planned well in advance and tied to the annual events calendar.
You’ll love this role if you’re energized by deadlines and details, thrive when you’re juggling multiple programs at once, and want to own the event lifecycle end to end while growing alongside a fast-moving company.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate Comply’s field marketing calendar across major financial hubs, driving brand awareness and pipeline in the markets that matter most.
- Manage Comply’s presence at 20+ industry conferences and trade shows annually, sponsorship deliverables, booth logistics, speaker prep, shipping, and on-site execution in close partnership with the Field Marketing Manager.
- Support executive-level events such as prospect dinners, roundtables, happy hours, and partner activations aligned with GTM and revenue priorities.
- Own the demand generation webinar calendar (3–4 webinars per quarter) from scheduling and speaker coordination through promotion, moderation, production, and follow-up.
- Support planning and on-site execution of Comply Connect, our annual client conference.
- Build and maintain event playbooks, project timelines, checklists, and templates so every program runs on consistent, repeatable best practices.
- Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI, and communicate clearly what’s working and what needs to change.
- Manage the annual events budget including vendor invoices and purchase orders, and help evaluate new vendors and industry partners to expand Comply’s market presence.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- You’ve mapped the annual events calendar, and taken ownership of at least one active program by tracking deliverables and timelines with no dropped threads.
- You’ve independently coordinated at least one in-person event or conference presence and delivered at least one webinar from scheduling through follow-up.
- You’ve produced a performance report on events activity, proposed at least one improvement to the playbook or process, and are running as a fully trusted partner to Sales, the Field Marketing Manager, and the broader Marketing team.
What you’ll bring
Must-have
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, events, or marketing coordination.
- Hands-on experience supporting in-person events and webinars — from logistics planning through post-event follow-up.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills — you instinctively catch what others miss and can keep multiple programs moving at once without losing a thread.
- Polished professional presence and strong interpersonal communication skills — you’re comfortable moderating a webinar, engaging senior leaders, and keeping everyone on schedule.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and event platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast, or similar.
- Comfort with numbers — you can pull a report, explain what it means, and flag what matters.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40%.
Nice-to-have
- Background in financial services, compliance, consulting, or legal tech.
