## About the Role
As the Planner of Merch Testing & Initiatives, you will have an exciting opportunity to support reporting and testing strategy at Old Navy. In this role, you will have meaningful impact by developing future merchandising strategies. You will partner cross-functionally to help design, execute, and scale structured tests that improve customer experience, operations, and financial outcomes. This role requires strong retail process knowledge, project management and analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
## What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end tests; including managing the intake process, pulling together cross-functional partners, managing the operational plan and sharing out results.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure well executed tests.
- Further standardize testing frameworks to enable repeatable, scalable execution.
- Help summarize executive-level readouts and reporting to support broader strategy.
- Comfortable building and managing standardized reporting

Who You Are

- Strong understanding of Merchandising, Planning and/or Production.
- Experience managing several complex projects at a time from end-to-end.
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple workflows across cross-functional teams.
- Proven success supporting complex projects across disparate teams, with strong listening skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Analytical, curious, resilient and able to strategically pivot.
- 3–5+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, testing, strategy, or a related field preferred.
- BA/BS degree preferred, with an emphasis on merchandising, statistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and statistics.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
- Experience working with testing software, including APT, preferred. Ability to code or understand code is preferred.
