Join our Quality Control team as a Quality Control Manager (F|M) and play a key role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across our manufacturing environment. Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee QC analytical activities and in-process product controls to ensure consistent quality standards
- Drive the continuous improvement of analytical methods and laboratory processes to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards as well as applicable GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
- Review customer requirements and translate them into effective quality control processes
- Evaluate analytical systems and procedures on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate and develop QC inspectors, technicians, and laboratory staff by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback
- Actively contribute to production meetings and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, QA, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management and support audits, investigations, and CAPA activities
What Will Convince Us
- Academic degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Extensive experience in quality control management within a regulated environment
- Certification in quality management or quality control standards such as GMP is considered a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in analytical laboratory technologies and precision measurement tools
- In-depth knowledge of quality control practices related to bioprocessing and biomanufacturing, including GMP, QMS, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical capabilities with solid knowledge of data analysis and statistical methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to decision-making
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills combined with effective people management capabilities
- Very good written and spoken English skills
