Position Summary
The EMEA Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of vacancies across the region, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates. The role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs, develop effective talent pipelines and deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Success in this role requires a proactive and solutions-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Principal Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across the EMEA region, from coordinating the initial recruitment strategy call and sourcing through to offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, define role requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals and job boards
• Conduct candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, motivation and alignment with the role and Teleflex values
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers, advising on candidate availability, sourcing approaches and recruitment activity
• Manage offers and support the recruitment process through to successful acceptance, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Act as a Teleflex brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process and provide a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the applicant tracking system, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation
• Participate in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as recruitment events with third parties
Education / Experience Requirements
• 3+ years of results-focused recruitment experience, either within a recruitment agency or in-house environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different seniorities and functions
• Experience within the medical devices or another life science industry preferred
• Demonstrated successful stakeholder management skills
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Business fluency in English is essential
• Fluency in a second additional European language would be an advantage
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent attention to detail, with effective organisational and time management skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders through clear and effective communication
• Compliance to internal processes and policies
• Proficient in Boolean search and candidate source techniques
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications and tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Willing to travel occasionally, both internationally and locally
