A bit about us:
We are a welcoming and thoughtful family of 3 looking for an experienced caregiver who will become a trusted extension of our family. We value warmth, consistency, meaningful engagement, and calm professionalism. We primarily work outside the home, but will be home sometimes during evening and weekend hours, so this role will work collaboratively alongside our existing childcare support. We are excited to find someone who views childcare as a meaningful career and is interested in building a long-term relationship with our family.
Our 3-year-old son is sweet, active, and energetic. He loves playing outside, dinosaurs, and cars. He would enjoy a nanny who will get down on the floor to play with him, and who shares his love of being outdoors.
A bit about you:

You are energetic and engaging, genuinely enjoy active play and enrichment, and naturally anticipate a child's needs while partnering seamlessly with parents. You are proactive, patient, highly organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator. You enjoy creating joyful, developmentally enriching experiences through movement, conversation, reading, music, outdoor play, exploration, and meaningful connection.
Job Duties:
You will plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors while encouraging learning through conversation, reading, music, exploration, and play. Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child, supporting bath time, evening routines, and bedtime, and communicating proactively with parents about routines, activities, and anything noteworthy.
