Group Internal Control Senior Specialist

In this role, you'll
- Perform design and operating effectiveness testing (TDO/TOE) of IT controls to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Conduct segregation of duties (SoD) monitoring and follow-up across integrated systems.
- Analyze, validate, and document evidence related to IT general and application controls.
- Collaborate closely with control owners, internal audit, and external auditors during testing and certification phases.
- Identify improvement opportunities within IT control processes and contribute to framework evolutions.
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries of control testing outcomes for management review.
- Support alignment with Amadeus’ control methodologies and governance standards.
About the ideal candidate
- 3–4 years of experience in IT internal controls, IT General Controls (ITGC), or IT audit roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
- Background in a Big Four firm such as Deloitte or KPMG, or experience in a multinational company with a mature internal control or audit function.
- Strong command of SAP GRC and internal control methodologies.
- Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD) is a plus.
- A degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent professional experience gained in IT controls, audit, or governance environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across multifunctional, international teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to contribute within a fast-changing technological and organizational landscape.
