Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Web Product Manager II! The Web Product Manager II is at the forefront of driving the development and execution of product vision and strategy. The product manager indirectly leads cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. The role involves balancing strategic planning with tactical execution, while maintaining a keen focus on user satisfaction, financial optimization, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy Development : Craft and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
Capability Refinement: Facilitate the refinement of product capabilities to ensure they meet user needs and leverage emerging technologies.
Idea Intake & Evaluation : Oversee the process for collecting and evaluating new product ideas. Conduct cost/benefit analysis, in partnership with engineering, to assess potential value and feasibility.
Product Prioritization Mechanism : Develop and implement an objective prioritization framework for product features and enhancements, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
Roadmap Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Operational Readiness : Ensure that all aspects of product development are prepared for successful launch and operation, including working with technology and operations teams for smooth deployment.
User Research & Analytics: Lead efforts in conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
Operational Feedback Loop / Voice of Customer: Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to capture user insights and drive continuous product improvement.
Product Financial Optimization : Monitor and optimize product financial performance, including cost management, revenue forecasting, and profitability.
OKRs Management : Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for product performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Product Marketing : Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans; lead an internal product marketing strategy to ensure business and sales leaders understand the product.
You Must Have:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and data analysis.
Financial acumen with experience in product financial optimization.
Experience in developing and executing OKRs and understanding of key performance metrics.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology trends, development processes, and digital product lifecycles.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across diverse groups.
