From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector .
The role will involve supporting the delivery of initiatives related to digital transformation , process evolution, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across Business and Technology teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
- Support the gathering and coordination of business requirements.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reporting.
- Support initiatives related to process improvement, digitalisation, AI, and automation.
- Ensure actions and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience managing digital, technology, or transformation projects.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience in Digital Transformation projects .
- Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
