Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and AI, you will ensure that identity and access management standards are integrated into the overall technology strategy. This role blends enterprise strategy with hands-on operational accountability. You will own the performance, resilience, control effectiveness, and modernization of the services in your portfolio, with the ability to assume additional responsibilities as enterprise priorities evolve.

What you will be doing

- Define and execute the company’s enterprise Identity & Access Management strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture to support business growth, cybersecurity objectives, regulatory compliance, and Zero Trust adoption.
- Be on the cutting edge of AI identity, designing Genworth’s agentic identity strategy.
- Lead enterprise identity modernization initiatives focused on cloud transformation, automation, user experience improvement, operational efficiency, and reduction of identity-related technical debt.
- Establish and govern the enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) framework, ensuring effective lifecycle management, access governance, least-privilege enforcement, and audit readiness across all business applications and platforms.
- Provide strategic leadership for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Just-In-Time (JIT) access capabilities to reduce privileged access risk and strengthen security controls across the enterprise.
- Own the strategic direction and governance of Genworth's identity platforms. - Drive technology rationalization, platform consolidation, and process automation initiatives that reduce complexity, improve resilience, lower total cost of ownership, and eliminate legacy identity technologies.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams to position identity as a foundational component of Genworth's Zero Trust and enterprise security architecture.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IAM organization while fostering strong partnerships across business, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and executive leadership teams.
- Manage IAM investment strategy, budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology partnerships to maximize business value, operational effectiveness, and cybersecurity outcomes.
