The Data Strategy, Acquisition and Tooling team is responsible for all aspects of data acquisition for the next generation of AI products. In this role, you will oversee our human data operations working closely with engineering teams, vendors, and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2 years of experience in program or project management.

- Experience with AI, machine learning technologies including human data (e.g., RLHF, prompt engineering data, preference data, safety data).

- Experience working on financial processes such as purchasing, procuring and auditing.

Preferred qualifications:

- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

- Experience in Budget management, Purchase operations and Dashboard management.

- Triage, scope, and translate incoming human data requests from internal teams and route to vendors, overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-quality datasets.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and methodologies, tracking and reporting on key metrics.

- Manage and evolve our vendor strategy, encompassing vendor selection, requirements and contractual frameworks.

- Collaborate to improve the tools, workflows, and infrastructure needed to support our human data operations team.

- Ensure invoice compliance with all stipulations outlined in multi-source agreements (MSAs) and statements of work (SOWs), independently assessing optimal sourcing and pricing strategies based on market benchmarks.
