Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, with OT as needed by the business.
What You Will Do:
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely while meeting production requirements.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Accurately complete production records, maintenance logs, and required documentation.
- Identify, document, and report scrap, equipment issues, safety concerns, and production problems.
- Follow site-specific quality systems, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and perform new tasks and responsibilities while demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
- Train and support coworkers on equipment operation and documentation processes when needed.
What You Need:

- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment
- Basic computer and technology skills
$23.00/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
