As a seasoned Business Analyst with ADM expertise, you will leverage your strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC to drive business outcomes. You will excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, facilitating workshops to ensure clear understanding of business needs. You will utilize your impact analysis and gap analysis abilities to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders and users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are set. You will liaise between lines of business and the development team, providing clear and concise communication. • Process and Use Case Mapping: Analyze business cases and create process and use case maps to guide technical and vendor teams. Your expertise will enable the development of effective solutions that meet business requirements. • Solution Guidance: Guide technical and vendor teams in the development of solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. • Communication and Collaboration: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, collaborating with stakeholders and teams to drive business outcomes.
