Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React & .NET Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end (React.js) and back-end (.NET framework, C#) technologies, with a focus on delivering robust, user-friendly, and efficient solutions. You will lead by example, mentor junior developers, and contribute significantly to architectural decisions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior React & .NET Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Software Development: Design, develop, and implement complex web applications using React.js for the front-end and .NET (C#) for the back-end.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and functional applications.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Architectural Contributions: Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, contributing to the overall design and evolution of our software systems.Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and reliability of applications.Identify and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.Conduct code reviews for peers and junior developers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries, primarily with SQL Server or other relational databases.Ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.
- Deployment & Operations: Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.Monitor application performance in production environments and contribute to incident resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Technical Skills:

- Front-End: 8+ years of hands-on experience with front-end web development, with at least 5+ years specifically in React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Back-End: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on the .NET framework.Expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (e.g., .NET Core/.NET 5+, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API).Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Cloud & DevOps (Preferred but highly valued): Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Other: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Knowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core).

Soft Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of overall software development experience, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with front-end component libraries or design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Understanding of secure coding practices and common web vulnerabilities.
