Successful Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded infrastructure support professional who enjoys working across traditional technical boundaries. Rather than focusing exclusively on network engineering or exclusively on desktop support, this individual will serve as a flexible technical resource capable of supporting both areas.
The position is particularly suited to someone who has established desktop and end-user support skills and is developing deeper network administration expertise. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with users, performing hands-on troubleshooting, configuring and supporting network infrastructure, and collaborating with more senior engineers when issues require additional expertise.
Prior Ubiquiti UniFi experience is desirable but is not required. A candidate with solid networking fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn the UniFi environment can be successful in this role.
Success in this position requires adaptability, sound troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and a willingness to take ownership of issues from initial identification through successful resolution.
