Partner with senior Sales and Finance leadership to develop pricing positions that support long-term customer relationships and revenue growth targets across the B2B Display portfolio.
- Systems Strategy & Technology Roadmap - Lead the development and execution of the division's systems and technology roadmap, including CRM, quoting platforms, and automation tools. Drive build-vs-buy decisions, vendor strategy, and long-term system architecture in partnership with IT and business leadership to ensure scalable, future-ready infrastructure.
- Organizational Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence - Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team across pricing operations and systems functions. Serve as a senior stakeholder and subject matter authority in cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and executive leadership. Represent the division in senior-level forums and drive alignment across competing organizational priorities.
- Business Intelligence & Executive Reporting - Establish the reporting and analytics strategy for the division, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into pricing performance, deal metrics, and system health. Translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision making and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Operational Excellence & Scalability - Champion process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across all pricing and systems operations. Develop scalable frameworks for contract support, channel program management, quote automation, and compliance that reduce operational risk and position the division for sustained growth.
