About this role
Job Purpose:
- The PT Cashier at SELIG PARKING is responsible for efficiently handling financial transactions related to parking services. This role ensures accuracy in cash handling, provides excellent customer service, and supports the operational flow of the parking facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment for parking services accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist customers in understanding parking rates and payment procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with parking attendants and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
- Uphold SELIG PARKINGs standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
