Position Overview:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy across multiple locations. This position combines full-cycle recruitment for salaried, professional, and leadership roles with consultative support for frontline recruiting initiatives. Acting as a recruiting subject matter expert and Centre of Excellence (COE) partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers, operational leaders, HR partners, and station teams to develop effective recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned salaried, professional, and leadership positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer administration, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and hiring timelines aligned with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a Centre of Excellence resource by providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning.
- Support high-volume frontline hiring initiatives, seasonal recruitment campaigns, and workforce ramp-up activities across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, recruitment marketing, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and workforce trends to identify challenges, improve hiring outcomes, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and deliver recruiting tools, training, and resources that enhance recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, EEO requirements, and recruiting procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and frontline operational positions; multi-location and high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with Workday, preferably within an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement practices.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring managers, operational leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing recruiting data, workforce trends, and hiring metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of employment legislation and recruiting compliance requirements.

- Regular participation in job fairs, networking events, community outreach initiatives, and recruitment campaigns may be required.
- Role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting technology, workflows, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Some travel will be required as needed between locations
