- Maintain trackers for open worksheets, user feedback, common system issues, support requests, deviations, and recurring user challenges.
- Gather feedback from PI and MES users to support periodic assessments of system adoption, usability, and training needs.
- Analyze feedback and support data to identify recurring themes and opportunities for improved training, job aids, business processes, or system enhancements.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing Manufacturing data and performance metrics as needed.
- Create clear summaries, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends, findings, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Digital Technology, Quality, and other cross-functional partners to support digital system initiatives.
- Follow applicable site procedures, quality standards, documentation practices, and data integrity expectations.
