Mulligan Funding is experiencing strong growth and seeks a self-motivated, high-performing Account Representative to join our Account Servicing and Collections Team. In this role, you will build and foster relationships with business owners who have borrowed from Mulligan Funding and require repayment assistance. Financial roadblocks happen—our job is to build the bridge over them. You won't just collect payments; you’ll analyze business finances, partner with clients facing tough times, and engineer win-win repayment strategies while earning through an aggressive commission plan.
You will:
- Manage and strategically service an assigned portfolio of delinquent commercial loan accounts.
- Conduct proactive, high-impact outreach to negotiate realistic repayment structures, debt workouts, and settlements.
- Utilize advanced skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate hard-to-reach accounts and uncover new contact channels.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and specialized Credit & Collections software to track portfolio performance and document strategic account plans.
- Uncover the root causes of financial delinquency and deliver creative, custom-tailored repayment plans that restore accounts to good standing.
- Partner closely with internal risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure strategies meet both business goals and regulatory standards.
You have:
- 2+ years of proven success in collections, credit resolution, or financial services.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and specialized Credit & Collections software.
- Strong MS Excel skills to organize, filter, and analyze portfolio metrics.
- Hands-on expertise in outbound collection calling and skip-tracing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, high-stakes negotiation, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence and natural empathy to navigate sensitive financial conversations while maintaining firm business boundaries.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and creativity to design custom debt resolution plans.
- High adaptability, strong organizational skills, and precise time management to balance portfolio priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role is $24.42 to $31.83. With this position, there is also additional earning opportunity that will be discussed upon receiving an offer of employment.
