We are looking for you to:

- Perform light maintenance, minor repairs, and routine inspections of facility equipment and systems.

- Maintain general facility upkeep, including painting, moving furniture and equipment, completing minor building repairs, and clearing walkways as assigned.

- Follow all safety protocols and health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Remove debris, empty trash, and clean stairways, hallways, and high-traffic areas.

- Perform heavy lifting and safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies for room setups, facility changes, and special events.

- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, stripping old wax, applying new floor finish, buffing, and polishing vinyl tile, concrete, and hardwood floors.

- Vacuum, shampoo, extract, and steam-clean carpets and upholstery to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

- Operate heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other facility maintenance machinery.

- Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with established safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.

- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations.

- Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
