Stivers Ford Lincoln is seeking the right person to join our Parts Department. We have had continuous expansion of our service and parts department for 14 years and are looking to hire again.

Job Responsibilities :

- Pull parts orders accurately and efficiently for service technicians.

- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits to ensure strict inventory accuracy.

- Organize warehouse bins and guarantee all parts are properly tagged and located.

- Maintain clean and safe parts storage areas, following all safety rules and regulations.

- Work closely with parts management to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure timely parts turnaround.

- Comply with company policies and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements :

- Previous warehouse or inventory experience (preferred, automotive parts experience a plus).

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Basic math skills for calculating counts, unit quantities, and inventory variances.

- Dependable and reliable with strong attendance.

- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Physically capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.

- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of inventory processes and reporting.

Compensation :

$17-$20/hr.

Work Hours & Schedule :

5 day work week, no Sundays
