What You'll Be Doing
- Safely load, unload, and transfer cement and other materials using terminal equipment and systems.
- Monitor terminal operations and perform routine inspections to support safe, efficient operations.
- Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of terminal equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate operating records and support inventory control activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members, customers, drivers, and contractors to ensure excellent service and operational performance.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in an active terminal environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
- Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting materials, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
- May require occasional overtime, weekend work, and participation in on-call coverage as needed to support business operations.
