About this role

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst provides analytical and cost controlling support to the EU FP&A team and Insulation business teams. The FP&A Analyst gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes data for forecasting and management reporting by extracting, validating and organizing financial data to prepare accurate and informative presentations and reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Adhere to Owens Corning safety policies and personal safety action plan at all times

What does success look like?

- Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly results, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking)

- Support the team with cost planning and reporting preparation in SAP Analytics Cloud

- Assist in process improvements for forecasting, planning and financial modeling tools and processes

Skills and abilities needed:

- Being detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability for results

- Strong analytical skills, ability to gather insights from data and clearly communicate it to others

- Demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills; motivation to build relationships across functions

- Curiosity and a willingness to understand business processes

- Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity

Business requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

- Experience in financial reporting or related field

- English language level B2

- Knowledge of SAP, SAC, PowerBI, AI-enabled tools considered an advantage

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 2900 to 3500 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
