Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and layouts.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment with attention to detail and timing.
- Collaborate with the Banquet and Events team to accommodate last-minute changes or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Assist in moving and setting up audiovisual and other event-related equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Previous experience in banquet or event set up is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
