About the Role:

In this role, you’ll help grow and strengthen UKG’s relationships with key Systems Integrator (SI) partners, working together to create pipeline, accelerate revenue, and expand joint go-to-market opportunities. You’ll manage a portfolio of partner relationships and turn shared business priorities into actionable plans across co-selling, enablement, marketing, services, and business development.

You’ll serve as an important connector between our partners and teams across UKG, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Services. From building partner business plans and supporting co-sell opportunities to coordinating enablement and driving operating reviews, you’ll help ensure our partnerships deliver measurable results while creating a strong, collaborative partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned SI partners to support UKG pipeline growth, revenue generation, partner-created leads, and co-selling opportunities.

- Collaborate with UKG Sales, Marketing, Global Partner Ecosystem, Product, Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate joint go-to-market activities.

- Create and maintain partner business plans for assigned partners, including objectives and activities related to enablement, influenced revenue, partner services growth, marketing, governance, and relationship development.

- Track partner plan activities, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes; provide regular updates and identify opportunities to improve execution.

- Coordinate with UKG Sales and partner stakeholders to support consistent execution of partner-created and co-sell opportunities.

- Support the development and execution of partner business development strategies, sales plays, and market activities aligned to UKG priorities and the partner’s capabilities.

- Partner with UKG Product and Enablement teams to coordinate enablement workshops, product briefings, industry sessions, and other activities that support partner engagement and co-selling.

- Deliver or coordinate partner enablement sessions and share relevant outcomes, insights, and next steps with the broader Global Partner Ecosystem team and UKG Sales.

- Collaborate with UKG Marketing and assigned partners to develop partner-facing materials, including win stories, case studies, videos, whitepapers, event content, and other marketing collateral.

- Support partner participation in the UKG Partner Marketplace, mutual conferences, joint go-to-market events, and other applicable marketing activities.

- Facilitate regular operating reviews and relationship meetings with partner stakeholders to assess progress, address issues, and identify opportunities for improved collaboration.

- Coordinate appropriate introductions between UKG and partner leaders when additional alignment is needed to support a business opportunity or resolve a partnership issue.

- Identify and communicate risks related to timing, requirements, resources, partner readiness, and execution; work with stakeholders to develop practical mitigation plans.

- Monitor partner compliance with applicable legal requirements, program expectations, training certifications, and other partnership standards.
Apply relevant practices and lessons learned from established SI relationships to support the development of emerging partner relationships.

- Coordinate product enablement and roadmap discussions between UKG Product teams and assigned partner stakeholders.
Support UKG Service and Delivery teams in addressing client delivery concerns by coordinating partner involvement, ownership, and follow-through.

- Help maintain current and effective UKG product and go-to-market messaging across the assigned SI partner portfolio.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve partner experiences, and strengthen execution.

- Serve as a resource to colleagues and partners by sharing knowledge, tools, and effective practices related to SI partnerships and co-selling.

- Perform additional duties as needed to support partner engagement, pipeline development, revenue growth, and broader Go-To-Market objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, alliances, or a related discipline, preferably with HCM, ERP, SaaS, technology, or systems integration organizations.

- Experience supporting co-selling, partner-created pipeline, joint go-to-market activities, or other partner-led sales motions.

- Experience developing and managing business relationships with SI, consulting, technology, or channel partners.

- Experience creating business plans, tracking deliverables, monitoring outcomes, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of partner management, sales, and business development practices and how they support business objectives.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner activities, priorities, and stakeholders with minimal day-to-day guidance.

- Ability to analyze moderately complex business or partnership challenges and identify practical solutions using sound judgment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Services, Operations, and partner organizations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and build alignment across stakeholders.

- Ability to establish productive relationships with partner and UKG stakeholders and serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned partners.

- Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
