About this role

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As an Enterprise Account Executive for UiPath Retail Solutions, Peak AI, you'll focus on bringing new retail customers to UiPath. Peak has joined UiPath to help build a world-class, enterprise-grade Agentic AI offering, and you'll be a specialist in selling AI-powered pricing and inventory optimization to retailers.

Peak's AI platform optimizes inventory and pricing for global industry leaders including Nike, Heidelberg Materials, and PepsiCo. We believe businesses need their own AI, built for their business and trained on their data. Peak's pre-built AI products can be configured to fit each customer's needs.

This role is focused entirely on winning new logos across US retail. You'll find and develop new enterprise retail accounts, run the discovery to understand their problems, and link challenges like margin leakage, markdown pressure, promotional inefficiency, demand volatility, and excess or out-of-stock inventory to clear, measurable business outcomes. You'll own pipeline generation and ARR targets as part of a close-knit commercial team.

What you'll do at UiPath

- Grow Retail Solutions revenue by meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets through net new logos within our retail ICP
- Build your own pipeline through insight-led outbound work (networking, cold calls, email, social selling, and events), focusing on retailers where pricing, margin, and inventory performance are strategic priorities
- Own the full consultative sales cycle: discovery, problem framing, solution design, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close
- Lead value-based selling that uncovers opportunities in base pricing, promotions, markdowns, inventory allocation, and replenishment
- Turn retailer challenges into tailored solution frameworks that tie Peak's capabilities to outcomes such as margin expansion, better sell-through, reduced inventory carrying costs, and stronger pricing discipline
- Build and present ROI narratives and business cases for retail executives, including the CFO, Chief Merchandising Officer, VP Pricing, VP Planning & Inventory, and Supply Chain leaders
- Work with Solution Engineering and the Data Insights team to run pre-sales motions and co-create solutions that fit each customer's data, systems, and workflows
- Partner with Marketing on retail-focused campaigns and turn the resulting leads into qualified opportunities
- Structure and negotiate value-based enterprise agreements
- Develop relationships with regional and global SIs and ecosystem partners throughout the sales cycle
- Keep weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts accurate, and manage pipeline across complex, multi-stakeholder deals

What you'll bring to the team

- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with an emphasis on the Retail industry.
- A consistent record of exceeding quota in new logo acquisition, particularly with mid-sized and large enterprises
- Direct experience selling to retailers, plus a solid understanding of retail merchandising, pricing strategy, margin drivers, and inventory management
- Experience selling pricing, revenue optimization, inventory, supply chain, or related analytics/AI solutions
- The drive to create your own pipeline
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, problem framing, and value articulation
- The ability to engage and influence senior executives and act as a trusted advisor
- Training in customer-centric sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, or similar)
- Experience working with SI and partner networks during the sales cycle
- Strong collaboration with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for prospect and customer meetings, partner engagements, and retail industry events
- Authorization to work in the United States

What sets you apart

- An understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and/or AI, and the ability to connect technical capabilities to financial results (margin, revenue, inventory cost)
- Experience selling into retail pricing transformation, merchandising, or commercial excellence initiatives
- Comfort leading ambiguous, discovery-driven sales cycles where the solution is shaped together with the customer
- Skill at turning data and insights into compelling business cases and executive narratives
- An existing network across US retail merchandising, pricing, and planning leadership
