Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 per year
Job Overview
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of the company's talent acquisition strategy, partnering with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and drive effective recruiting solutions. This role oversees recruiting operations, onboarding, employer branding, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment processes, and talent pipeline development to attract and retain top talent. The Director also leads and supports executive and leadership recruiting efforts for critical, high-visibility positions, ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with the organization's long-term growth objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and execute a talent acquisition plan that meets both short-term hiring needs and long-term hiring goals.
- Lead efforts to recruit from universities and build a pipeline of entry-level talent for future roles.
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pools to ensure a steady supply of candidates for future roles.
- Manage internal career movement, ensuring employees have opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick hiring impacts while developing sustainable strategies for the future.
- Use recruitment technology and data to improve hiring processes and track success.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Talent Acquisition team.
- Personally manage and/or oversee searches for critical, confidential, and high-visibility leadership positions.
- Partner directly with executive leadership to define organizational needs, leadership competencies, and succession priorities.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for executive, senior leadership, and specialized professional roles.
- Build and maintain networks of passive executive candidates and industry talent.

Qualification

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 4+ years in leadership.
Experience in building internal and external talent pipelines.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of internal mobility and career development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in recruitment technology and data analytics.
Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting teams in high-growth or complex environments
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with experience in incentive program design
Deep knowledge of recruitment technology, metrics, and pipeline development best practices
Strong business acumen with a collaborative and influential leadership style
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and employer branding experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
