## Department Overview
The P25 Automated Test Engineering (ATE) team in Plantation, FL is looking for an experienced Electronics Test Technician to join our dynamic product operations support group. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product development activities across the entire lifecycle, from material procurement through to testing and final certification. ## Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing operations in the lab.
- Process data and test results
- Interface with engineering team
- Generate clear test reports
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical circuits, soldering, and how to use tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators etc.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict test procedures and record exact data.
Required Skills:
- Associates degree in electronics engineering or equivalent education/experience
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills are required.
- Excellent observation and troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google operating environments are a plus.
- Able to follow instructions and written standards.

Target Base Salary Range: $51,700 - $60,700 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, lab environments, or manufacturing quality control
