Who Are We Looking For?
As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor / Seasonal Sales Associate , you will join our team during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, support sales goals, and help create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience throughout the holiday season and other peak shopping periods .
You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. You are a team player who is flexible, dependable, and ready to support the store when our customers need us most.
Sales & Customer Experience
You will support the success of your store by:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating meaningful customer connections.
- Assisting customers in finding products, gifts, and recommendations that suit their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrating product features, benefits, fragrances, and application methods.
- Supporting daily, weekly, and seasonal sales goals.
- Promoting current offers, holiday promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including during high-volume periods.
Teamwork
You are part of a successful team by:
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Supporting store initiatives, seasonal events, promotions, and daily priorities.
- Participating in training and continuously developing your product knowledge.
- Demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Supporting your team during busy weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
Brand Ambassador
You represent the brand by:
- Providing an elevated customer experience that reflects our brand values.
- Staying informed about new products, seasonal launches, gift offerings, and promotions.
- Supporting visual merchandising standards and seasonal store presentation.
- Building customer loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
Operations
You support a smooth-running store by:
- Assisting with replenishment, merchandising, inventory counts, and stock organization.
- Keeping products stocked and the store customer-ready throughout busy seasonal shifts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and store standards throughout each shift.
- Following company policies and procedures, including cash handling and health & safety requirements.
- Supporting loss prevention and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Holiday Availability
As this is a seasonal position , flexibility and availability during our busiest shopping periods are an important part of the role. You should be prepared to:
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays .
- Be available during peak holiday periods and high-volume shopping days .
- Support the store during seasonal events, promotions, and extended holiday hours as required.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance throughout the seasonal employment period.
- Work varying schedules based on business needs, store traffic, and holiday demand .

Pay Range: $17.95/hour
