This role focuses on building and improving Python code and scripts that translate business needs into clear technical outcomes. You will work with colleagues across global locations to shape solutions, review code, support testing, and produce documentation that enables adoption and effective use. The work sits in a fast-paced environment where both technology and ways of working evolve. Success means delivering practical, well-documented solutions that are clearly understood by technical stakeholders and that create measurable business impact.
As our Python Specialist Engineering , you will:
- Develop and maintain Python code and scripts to meet defined requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements for delivery
- Communicate requirements and technical decisions clearly to technical stakeholders
- Produce user guides, knowledge materials, and summaries of business impacts and benefits
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities with global colleagues
- Apply systems thinking to understand end-to-end impacts and dependencies
- Influence solution design discussions using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) working knowledge
- Maintain a strong customer focus when shaping solutions and day-to-day decisions
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Bring strong hands-on experience writing Python code and scripts
- Demonstrate experience translating business needs into technical and functional requirements
- Show a track record of producing clear documentation, including user guides and knowledge materials
- Communicate effectively with global colleagues across activities such as code review and testing
- Apply systems thinking to evaluate impacts across processes, data, and technology
- Influence decision-making through subject matter expertise and well-reasoned options
- Participate in solution design with a solid working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Bring a customer-centric approach to shaping and delivering outcomes

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
