About this role

This is an evergreen role. We hire for this position on a rolling basis to keep pace with the students and families we serve, so the posting stays open and applications are reviewed as they come in.

About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

Marble's ability to deliver care depends on one thing: a high-quality, scalable network of therapists. As Provider Growth Associate, you'll help run how we source, engage, evaluate, and activate therapists across our markets, working alongside our Provider Growth Leads as we triple the size of our network this year.

This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You'll spend most of your time in conversation with therapists — interviewing, evaluating and signing them — and the rest keeping the funnel moving: sourcing new candidates, walking signed providers through onboarding and credentialing, and tracking where we're winning and where we're getting stuck. You'll work closely with the Growth Leads and the Head of Provider Growth, and collaborate very closely with Credentialing, Clinical Quality and Provider Support.

What You'll Do

- Run the provider acquisition funnel day to day — sourcing, engaging, interviewing, signing and activating therapists across our markets against a weekly target
- Interview and evaluate licensed clinicians, assessing fit and quality, and make the call on who we bring onto the platform
- Move signed providers through onboarding and credentialing so they become active and billable on time
- Help diagnose the funnel: identify where we're losing providers and support the team in fixing it
- Test new sourcing approaches and help scale what works
- Track progress across markets and keep pipeline data clean and current
- Collaborate across Operations, Clinical, and Growth to ensure provider supply keeps pace with student demand

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in growth, business development, recruiting or clinical outreach at a startup or fast-growing company
- Strong communicator who is energized by external conversations — comfortable on the phone with therapists and outside stakeholders, and clear in writing
- Operationally rigorous — you track every candidate through every stage, notice when a number is off, and fix it the same day
- Relentless drive — no task is too small, and you're as willing to do the hands-on work as you are to suggest how it could run better
- Collaborative across functions, open to feedback, and focused on what's best for the mission and the people we serve
- Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office three days per week
- Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

Bonus:

- Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, acquisition, or supply-side growth
- Experience in healthcare or other operationally complex environments
- Experience with CRMs, ATSs, or similar tooling to manage pipelines
