Job Description:
This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s). Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.
National Service and Solutions (NS&S) Employee Readiness team provides support to NS&S executive leaders and functional areas. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to employee confidence, engagement, and speed to proficiency
- Develop and refine employee communications (e.g., awareness messages, incident reports, system events, monthly briefs)
- Facilitate development, presentations, and train-the-trainer activities
- Edit and revise Employee Readiness team content to align with Brand Voice and Readiness standards
- Provide subject matter expertise across multiple NS&S segments
- Maintain and improve Front Line Use (FLU) resources, including procedure content validation and internal website content
- Manage and resolve complex problems and execute solutions for business units
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services
Requirements :
- 1 year of professional experience
- Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in various formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in training content/internal communications development
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with content management systems
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to various levels of leaders, departments, and teams
- Ability and critical thinking skills to make sound business decisions
- Excellent time management skills to navigate multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines
- Experience building partnerships with various levels of leaders/business partners and strong negotiation skills
