Role Overview:

Provides administrative and operational support across a variety of Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee data management, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and HR program administration. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting HR initiatives and special projects, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The position also leads office operations, serving as the primary liaison for building management, security, and service vendors to maintain a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HR management and staff by performing administrative duties in various areas of HR; may also perform work related to general office/facility management.

- Answer routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Enter and maintain accurate employee information in Company HR information system (HRIS) including new hires, terminations, employment changes, etc.
- Assist in the applicant screening process by conducting reference checks, employment background checks, and applicant testing, coordinating and scheduling meetings, interviews, offer letters, etc.
- Responsibilities may include sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, performing reference checks, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages

- May assist with preparing ad hoc reports or working on special projects or events such as audits, training events, or employee appreciation activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for building management, security, and office service vendors to ensure a safe, functional, and professional work environment
- Follow work plans, established timelines, and predefined goals for assigned work.• Meet commitments on deadlines.
- Communicate activities and results with employees and management as appropriate.
- Perform work thoroughly in a cost-efficient manner and at a high productivity level.
- Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
- Report any breakdown in controls to management.

What You Bring

- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
- Great written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the applicable area of the Company's business to proactively respond to the changing business environment·
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Canva experience preferred
- Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
- May be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time
- May be required to move up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer and other devices
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus, such as required to read a computer screen

The pay range for this position is $53,000-$79,600 , which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
