Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain casino floors, restrooms, lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Respond promptly to spills, safety hazards, and guest service requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas while minimizing disruption to guests.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow all company policies, departmental procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
