Supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of professional learning across the district by collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Contributes to the development of aligned, high quality learning experiences grounded in the district’s instructional framework and professional learning standards. Promotes the integration of culturally responsive sustaining practices within professional learning resources and experiences. Builds the capacity of facilitators and staff by sharing best practices, providing support, and using feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements in professional learning.

What You'll Do:

- Supports the implementation of the district’s vision for professional learning by partnering with leaders, content teams, and facilitators across departments and school sites. Serves as a thought partner and resource to strengthen instructional alignment and delivery

- Promotes alignment of professional learning to the district’s instructional framework and priorities by supporting the development of coherent scopes, sequences, and standards based learning experiences

- Facilitates and contributes to cross functional design teams to develop, review, and refine professional learning offerings, helping ensure consistency and alignment across departments

- Integrates culturally responsive and equitable practices into professional learning by collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the development of inclusive training materials and experiences

- Applies knowledge of adult learning best practices to support effective facilitation, including modeling strategies, providing feedback, and developing resources for central office teams and school based educators

- Builds the capacity of facilitators and teacher leaders by offering coaching, sharing tools and resources, and promoting effective instructional practices in adult learning settings

- Supports the collection and analysis of feedback and evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of professional learning and identify opportunities for improvement

- Uses data and insights from professional learning systems and educator growth measures to inform updates to training design and support continuous improvement efforts

- Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

- Bachelor's or relevant work experience in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field required

- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, professional learning/development facilitation, culturally responsive sustaining coaching

- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
