Responsibilities

- Manages Support functions for various projects / Savista departments including hard copy printing/mailing of documents, receiving/routing correspondence to appropriate staff for resolution, indexing of documents into various client HAR systems, preparation of documents to be printed and daily mail runs.
- Sets policies for in-office colleagues related to the on-site work environment and escalated communication with other Savista teams as needed.
- Maintain appropriate staff to manage workloads, including position management, interviewing, hiring, colleague performance management.
- Communication and interface with various Savista teams regarding project workload, onboarding of new clients and systems.
- Development of processes and workflows as projects are onboarded including client HAR system navigation, access for colleagues, set up and alignment of various forms as required and tracking of inventory.
- Maintain sufficient supply inventory within the Raleigh office for all areas including break room supplies, paper, claim forms, mailing supplies etc.
- Communication internally with Savista teams and externally to vendors of issues relating to equipment, courier services, access / network etc.
- Monitors staff performance, attendance and quality to address any training or performance issues on a regular basis.  Perform colleague training and chair-sides as needed.
- Responsible for day-to-day inventory management including colleague assignment, reacting to inventory fluctuations, system issues and alignment issues.
- Provide assistance / resolution to internal business partner inquiries.
- Establishes realistic goals and priorities concurrent with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality.
- Analyze and solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
- Conduct team huddles for continued process improvement and staff project knowledge.
- Approve timecards, colleague PTO and review / approve payroll on schedule.
- Supports Savista’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable management.
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of insurance company practices regarding claim processing
- Ability to lead teams to achieve desired goals and objectives.
- Ability to mentor staff and provide consistent performance management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Products.

Preferred Requirements & Competencies

- BA/BS in business or related concentration
- Prior management of print shop environment preferred

Savista is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - 75,000 annually. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
