Academic & Teaching Opportunities

- Serve as clinical preceptors and mentors for medical students and residents.

- Participate in the Internal Medicine Rural Track developed in partnership with Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville.

- Contribute to interdisciplinary education alongside Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Psychology, and Social Work trainees.

- Help shape future rural healthcare training programs and workforce development initiatives across Southwest Indiana.

Ideal Candidate

- MD or DO.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.

- Passion for primary care and improving health outcomes in rural communities.

- Interest in collaborative, team-based care delivery.

- Commitment to patient-centered care and population health management.

- Interest in teaching, mentoring, or participating in graduate medical education preferred.
