Propósito del cargo

Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Nómina / Payroll Associate para apoyar la ejecución de procesos de nómina y administración de personal, garantizando precisión, oportunidad y cumplimiento de la normatividad laboral colombiana, políticas internas y acuerdos de nivel de servicio.

Responsabilidades principales

·         Apoyar el proceso integral de nómina, incluyendo novedades de ingreso, retiro, cambios salariales, incapacidades, licencias, vacaciones, horas extra, recargos, deducciones y reembolsos.

·         Ejecutar y validar liquidaciones de nómina, prestaciones sociales y conceptos de terminación de contrato.

·         Gestionar la liquidación y validación de seguridad social y parafiscales.

·         Realizar afiliaciones, novedades y retiros ante entidades de seguridad social.

·         Atender consultas de empleados sobre pagos, deducciones, vacaciones, incapacidades y temas relacionados con nómina.

·         Mantener actualizada la información de empleados en los sistemas de RR. HH.

·         Coordinar con proveedores externos de nómina y seguridad social para asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos.

·         Apoyar conciliaciones, auditorías, cierres y reportes del área.

·         Documentar procesos e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua.

Requisitos

·         Tecnólogo / Profesional en Administración, Contaduría, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.

·         Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en nómina, administración de personal o servicios compartidos de RR. HH.

·         Conocimiento de legislación laboral colombiana aplicada a nómina.

·         Experiencia en liquidación de seguridad social, prestaciones sociales y afiliaciones.

·         Manejo de proveedores y seguimiento de novedades de nómina.

·         Alta orientación al detalle, confidencialidad y servicio al cliente interno.

·         Deseable manejo de Workday, ServiceNow y Excel.

·         Inglés intermedio o avanzado deseable.
