Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated Commercial Cleaning Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping client facilities pristine, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Surface Cleaning & Sanitization: Dust, wipe down, and sanitize desks, countertops, door handles, light switches, and shared work areas.
- Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors, hallways, entryways, and carpeted areas using professional equipment.
- Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock commercial restrooms, ensuring supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper) are always refilled.
- Trash & Waste Removal: Empty all trash, recycling, and waste receptacles throughout the building and dispose of bags in designated dumpsters.
- Detail Cleaning: Clean glass doors, interior windows, mirrors, and keep breakrooms and kitchenettes spotless.
- Facility Security: Ensure building doors, windows, and perimeter access points are securely locked at the end of every shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 35 lbs), and perform active physical work for the duration of your shift.
