About this role

Position Summary

The successful candidate will need to be familiar with statistical analysis, data modeling and programming.

Primary Duties

This individual will independently develop algorithms in SAS and/or Python to clean, process, analyze and visualize large multivariate datasets, should be able to work closely with data science team and business partners to break down complex business problems. Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

Required Education, Training and Experience

- Must be currently enrolled in a BS or MS, or PhD Program in a related Data Science field, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering with at least 1 year of the degree program completed
- To qualify for this Co-Op position, candidates must be actively enrolled in a participating university's formal Co-Op Program and meet all university requirements necessary to receive academic co-op credit. This includes enrollment in any required co-op course, program, or approval process established by the university. Students are responsible for maintaining eligibility and obtaining all required university approvals throughout the duration of the assignment.
- Must be enrolled in a formal cooperative education (co-op) program at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) or the University of Missouri (Mizzou).
