As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products that support customers around the world. ️ What You'll Be Doing
- Operate manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to meet production targets
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and report any operational issues
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
- Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and product movement as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and productivity
- Work collaboratively with teammates, supervisors, and support departments

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
