Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead weekly program operations reviews to track key milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and execution risks, enabling timely decisions and on-schedule delivery.
- Manage budget planning and execution across multiple funding sources, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) performance by monitoring cost, schedule, and execution metrics, identifying variances early, and leading corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement through standard work, visual management, operating rhythms, and structured problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Remove operational barriers by coordinating resolution of facility, infrastructure, equipment, and workflow issues that affect execution.
- Partner with finance, program leadership, supply chain, engineering, and site teams to ensure resources, investments, and recovery plans are in place to meet commitments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through clear expectations, performance tracking, and proactive risk escalation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college with minimum 6 years of professional experience
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

- Active “Advanced programs” access
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Proven ability to lead across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong interpersonal, customer-facing, verbal, and written communication skills.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
