Job Description
The Consumer Regional Manager leads the sales, service, operational, and talent performance of an assigned region of financial centers. This role translates enterprise, division, and market strategies into consistent execution while driving financial performance, client experience, operational excellence, employee engagement, and leadership development. The Consumer Regional Manager partners across business lines, supports community engagement efforts, and influences outcomes through collaborative leadership, disciplined execution, and a culture of accountability and high performance.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will lead financial center sales, service, and operations to achieve business goals.
- You will grow client relationships through integrated sales and service strategies.

- You will enhance client satisfaction through strong service and recovery practices.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in sales management and the financial industry, including experience leading multi-site teams and developing people leaders, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of consumer financial products, business banking, and related services.
- Strong understanding of multi-site sales and service operations.
- Knowledge of consumer banking laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Ability to develop and execute consumer banking strategies designed to achieve business objectives.
- Strong coaching, leadership development, and talent management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze performance data and leverage financial insights to improve results.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of client experience principles and service recovery practices.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and lead through organizational change.
- Knowledge of community engagement, market dynamics, and brand stewardship.
