POSITION OVERVIEW
The InfoSec Analyst proposes and implements multidisciplinary initiatives to foster a positive culture of mitigating information security (InfoSec) risks related to human behavior. The analyst raises awareness among all BDC users about security threats and how to protect themselves. The analyst ensures that all users recognize, understand, and comply with our security requirements and behave securely.
The selected candidate will join the Human Risk and Data Security squad within the Cybersecurity Operations division.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
- Gather and document learning objectives from experts;
- Identify and implement activities to help target groups achieve learning objectives;
- Produce engaging educational content to support the learning strategy;
- Serve as a point of contact to answer user questions;
- Facilitate training sessions to “demystify” InfoSec topics for target groups;
- Define, execute, and implement an end-to-end learning strategy (ADDIE Model)
- Document, improve, and update processes;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives;
- Track participation in mandatory training and the learning path, and send reminders about upcoming deadlines;
- Coordinate activities and vendors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience, ideally in the banking sector
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or business administration (or a related field);
- Excellent command of French and English (written, read, and spoken) and strong writing skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders;
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
- Analytical and synthesis skills;
- Instructional design skills to produce engaging visuals, videos, infographics, communications, and training content;
- Ability to plan and manage multiple organization-wide initiatives while meeting target deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds;
- A knack for learning and an interest in monitoring cyber threats and the basic concepts of information security and social engineering;
- Sense of initiative, thoroughness, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in teaching and/or cybersecurity;
- SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certification;
- Proficiency with Camtasia and Articulate (Rise, Storyline) software;
- Experience at BDC
