As a dependable and upbeat Fixed Operations Support Staff member, youll play an important role in creating a welcoming customer experience and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of our service-related departments. From assisting guests to helping with vehicle transportation and daily department needs, every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
- Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery.
- Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.
- Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment where reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to help are valued.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to step in wherever support is needed.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working as part of a team and interacting with customers throughout the day.
- General maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required.
Pay: $14 per hour
